This forms part of the collection that brings together the distillery’s vintages from 1964 – 1992. This 1991 Cask 1 expression was first matured for 11 years in ex-Bourbon American oak, the moved for 6 years to Lepanto brandy casks and finished for 3 years in a Dalmore bourbon barrel.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Cinnamon spice, marzipan, nutmeg and Cuban cigars give way to peaches, apples, damsons and pears. Whispers of hazelnuts, Morello cherries, pineapple and Parma ham follow.

Palate: Brandy grapefruit, banana fritters, crushed almonds and Gazpacho Andaluz, with fresh layers of sultanas, caramel fudge, fig cake and mulled wine.

Finish: Lingering & smooth.
