At 57% ABV and after 28 iterations, this gin is fierce but worthy, full of cinnamon, clove, orange, star anise and cardamom. Think spice, heat and not an unfriendly clash with juniper, but full-flavoured all the same. This gin is fierce but a worthy assault on the senses.

++200 mL 37% ABV Greenhouse Gin++
This gin tastes like a beachside gin should; relaxed, soothing & fresh. With a gentle botanical list of cucumber, rosehip, lemon myrtle, grapefruit peel and juniper, this gin is soft and not at all herbal.

++200 mL 25% ABV Barbershop Coffee Liqueur++
Granddad Jack’s Barbershop Coffee Liqueur is a delightfully delicious liqueur made using locally sourced coffee from Burleigh Head’s based roaster, Social Espresso. Infused with Coconut, Vanilla, Eucalyptus, and Cinnamon.
