TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Sweet, jammy and slightly fragrant.

PALATE: Mouthcoating creamy and viscous strawberry jam, hints of piney juniper, sweetened and balanced out with the warmth of vanilla beans.

INGREDIENTS: Fresh strawberries, strawberry ham, vanilla beans, dehydrated strawberries, K-Time Strawberry Cheesecake bar, Juniper.

Overall, this release is sweet and dessert-like but has a gin-worthy ABV of 40%.

We created the Royal Botanic Tonic (Elderflower & Ruby Red Grapefruit Tonic) to introduce a subtle brightness to your glass with the refreshing notes of elderflower, combined with the tart taste of ruby red grapefruit and bitterness of sustainably sourced quinine from the highlands of Batavia in Java.

TASTING NOTES
This Tonic Water is light, rich and full of zest. Candied violets and elderflower rule the palate followed by a dry and floral finish, full of Grapefruit oil.
