Not only is the basic alcohol from regionally grown potatoes in the Vulkaneifel the basis of all our spirits, but we also like to try new things and let our imagination run wild.

The elegantly presented Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin combines apparent opposites and leaves a lasting impression. The fusion of the Windspiel gin from regional potato cultivation and high-quality botanicals with the coffee distillate of the low-acid Arabica roast surprises with an exciting, stimulating taste experience, spicy, caramel, with an intense coffee note.

The high-quality coffee distillate is obtained from a low-acid Arabica roast by the Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The fine coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give the Windspiel Coffee Gin its unmistakable aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of roasted aromas and nuts go hand in hand with a spicy aftertaste. The intense, soft coffee note goes surprisingly well with the juniper berries in the taste.
