The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together the complete spectrum of vintages from the years 1964-1992 for the very first time. Created by Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this collection of single casks is highly sought after by collectors around the globe.

This 1978 vintage single cask was matured for 29 years in an American white oak cask before being finished in an Oloroso sherry butt for four years.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Rich radiant mahogany gold with sandy bottom highlights

Nose: Baked apples, caramelised pear, over ripe apricots, Czar plums and clementines, accentuated by hints of creamy vanilla, dried figs, milk chocolate, orange peel, pineapple and coconut.

Taste: Moist lemon cake, juicy dates, persimmons and almonds, before flavours of fleshy Doyenne du Comice pear, peach and mangos.
